Delivery

All Fancy Dress Fun orders are dispatched via Royal mail first Class delivery.  All orders received before 3p.m will be dispatched the same day (stock permitting).

Postage charges are as follows:

Order value of £1 -£75 - £3.75 flat rate postage regardless of number of items purchased.
Order value of £75+ - Free postage regardless of number of items purchased.

*Next Day Delivery* - If you require your item next day please contact us on 01454 881234 to confirm stock availability before ordering.  We regret that at the present time next day delivery cannot be requested via the website, but we will happily arrange for next day delivery if requested by phone.

If you live or work in the Bristol area you may like to collect your costume from our sister shop, Sweets & Eats, located in Chipping Sodbury high-street, some 10 miles from the centre of Bristol.  For directions to our Sweets & Eats store please click here to visit the website.  If you intend to visit Sweets and Eats please call first to ensure that the item you require is available in the shop.

Stock Availability

Fancy Dress Fun stocks thousands of items and it is therefore likely that the item(s) you order will be available for immediate delivery.  However, during busy times of the year (such as the run up to Halloween and Christmas) we may occasionally sell out of our most popular costumes and accessories.  If you order an item that is out of stock we will do our best to source additional stock, and complete your order as soon as possible.  We will contact you in the meantime to see if a suitable replacement item can be used.

As mentioned above, we would ask all customers to contact us before placing an order for next day delivery, to ensure that your item is in stock.

We are happy to supply bulk orders but would ask that you contact us first on 01454 881234 to confirm stock availability.  For large orders it may be necessary to source additional stock before the order can be completed, but we will discuss this with you on the telephone.
